The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with jazz music playing, making it comfortable from the moment you sit down. The refreshing scent of mint in the wet towel helps to set the mood. The scallops and lotus root cakes finished on the iron plate at the counter allow you to enjoy the aroma and sound. The capellini paired with caviar and the dish of wagyu consomme also left a lasting impression. The course that includes the Omi beef filet steak and garlic rice offers surprises with each plate. You can see the cooking process and enjoy wines that pair well with the dishes.
