This is a Thai Suki course with fresh spring rolls, choice of appetizer, and Thai sweets. Thai Suki is Thai-style shabu-shabu. Please make a reservation at least one day in advance in order to prepare the chicken soup in the restaurant. The sauce for Thai Suki (Nam Chim Sukkie) is also homemade. The rice is served with jasmine rice. All-you-can-drink is available for groups of 3 people or more, @2500 yen/person, 90 min. lo 30 min. before.
This course includes spring rolls, choice of appetizer, and Thai sweets. Chim Chum is a herb shabu shabu shabu from the Issan region of northeastern Thailand. Both "chim" and "chum" mean "to soak a little. The meat and vegetables are first added with herbs such as lemongrass and basil, and then dipped in an Issan-style dipping sauce (jeoweed). The dish is eaten after dipping meat and vegetables with herbs such as lemongrass and basil, and then dipping them in Issan-style dipping sauce (jaeo). In hot Thailand, chim chum stalls line up in the evening when it is cooler. This is a unique Thai way to enjoy the hot pot while sweating.

We offer a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience that combines the delicious taste of carefully selected Okinawan pineapple with the wisdom of traditional Thai medicinal herbs. Gaeng Hang Lay is a traditional dish from Northern Thailand that has been passed down from Myanmar. Our original 【Clay Pot Khao Man Gai】 was created in November 2020, at the beginning of our establishment, with the desire to offer freshly made Khao Man Gai, shaped by the feedback from friends and loyal customers. The chicken thigh from Shimanto is slowly cooked, and the jasmine rice, steamed in a clay pot made by the Iga pottery artist, Naoto Inaba, absorbs the flavor of the chicken in every grain, earning a reputation for its universally appealing taste. It has been featured in various media, including television. We invite you to try it at least once. Approximately one serving is about one cup; same-day orders are 3,850 yen; advance (reservation) orders are 3,080 yen.
Nam Tok Moo is a pork salad dish eaten in the Isan region of northeastern Thailand. The pork is grilled and sliced, then flavored with various herbs, roasted rice powder, and roasted chili, creating a distinctly Thai taste with fish sauce, lime, and sugar. 'Nam Tok' means 'waterfall' in Thai, and 'Moo' means 'pork'. It is said to be named for the way the fat drips like a waterfall when the pork is grilled on a rack.
