A unique space and special cuisine that can only be experienced here @ Saiin | Delicious food and happiness♪ One day, a friend of mine told me about a restaurant she had always wanted to visit. What kind of restaurant is it? I asked her what kind of restaurant it was, and she told me that it was a very attractive restaurant. I asked her if she wanted to go there with the rest of us. I made a reservation on the spot! We got it! The store is Maker Maker About 5 minutes walk south from Hankyu Kyoto Line Seiin Station Once you step into the store, you'll find yourself looking at the whole place over and over again. The use of dried flowers and even the electrical wiring is just so sophisticated! I was so entranced that I just gazed at it for a while! Renovating what used to be a pawn shop! It took the owner 3 years to build this store by himself! However, the handmade feeling is not on display! This unique sense of style is very artistic! Inside the restaurant, a large table that seats about 10 people is the main seating area. The rest are semi-private seats for two. Of course, we, four people, went to a large table. The toast was a seasonal drink! It was a combination of strawberries and herbs, with an amazing strawberry flavor and refreshing herbs! We ordered dishes a la carte! ■Servings Grilled Brussels sprouts with Parmigiano I can feel the attention to detail in this one dish! The sweetness of the Brussels sprouts and the cheese go so well together, I can't stop digging my fork in! The cutlery is also very stylish!
