This course allows you to enjoy a variety of dishes at a reasonable price, starting with the standard yukke (raw meat), which is safe and secure meat approved for raw consumption and seasoned with a sweet sauce, as well as tongue, Omi beef lean meat, and more.
Starting with the famous Omi beef tessera, this is our recommended course that allows you to enjoy Omi beef to the fullest, including the royal roadside yakiniku of tan and harami, Omi beef hormone, and red meat. The earthenware pot rice dish of choice is a gem of rice cooked with Gihee Hachidai's original rice and bonito broth. You can choose on the day.
This is our signature course, which includes our recommended menu items such as our famous Omi beef tessera, black Wagyu tongue, and our popular wasabi-yaki (grilled beef with wasabi). The consommé soup of Omi beef takes a long time to extract its flavor. Because of the time and effort required to prepare it, it cannot be served separately and can only be found in this course. The final dish is Waniku's famous fillet rice in an earthenware pot. You will be able to enjoy the meat until the very end.
Using special meat that has been approved by the health department and processed for raw consumption. Safe and secure raw meat is finely pounded to blend with rice. The homemade Tosa soy sauce is sweetened to match the meat. Take a bite at first. Next, pour the soy sauce over the meat and serve with wasabi. You can also add egg yolk, nori or grated yam to your liking.
Omi beef shank is used. No unnecessary mixture other than seasoning is used so that you can fully enjoy the flavor of the beef. Please enjoy it with sweet red wine sauce and Waniku's original special sauce, which you can smell from the hot iron plate. The mashed potatoes are left a little grainy so that you can enjoy the texture and sweet potato taste. Two types of mashed potatoes, Baron and Inca Awakening, are used to accentuate the overall flavor.
Omi beef lean meat, Kurao pork, and Japanese chicken seseri are used. The generous portions allow you to enjoy yakiniku from lunch onward.

This set allows you to enjoy Omi beef with red meat, top red meat, and top ribs. Enjoy the bold grilled sirloin of specially selected Wagyu beef with egg yolk sauce and rice.
This set includes six small potted dishes, dessert and salad, and you can also enjoy Omi beef lean meat and tongue. It is especially popular among women.

A soup based on simmered beef tendon with a moderate spiciness and rich umami. The simmered tendon and the texture-rich vegetables pair excellently with the spicy soup.
A light soup finished with lightly beaten eggs for a fluffy texture.
Carefully crafted Tokushima hand-stretched noodles. The unique texture of hand-stretched noodles and the refreshing aroma of sudachi stimulate the appetite.
Original ice Catalana. Made with Wanik's original blend of hojicha, and finished with smoked tea leaves for an enjoyable aroma.
Topped with mozzarella cheese and acacia honey on rich vanilla ice cream. The texture of roasted walnuts and the sweet and sour taste of raspberries enhance the sweetness. Please mix well before eating.
You can feel the four seasons in the carefully selected ice creams, sorbets, and homemade sorbets that change with the seasons.
