Rarely prepared to fully enjoy the richness of the meat! Especially pairs well with locally produced wine 'Yamaso Vignoles'!
Slightly arranged in a Western style to bring out the richness and sweetness of the meat! Enjoy with our special balsamic soy sauce! When drinking wine, enjoy as is without any additional condiments!
We simmered the pork cheek meat in a red miso base until tender! It's also been given a Western-style twist to pair well with domestic wine and Japanese sake!
We finish it with a strong snack-like potato salad using sake lees, smoked herring, and cream cheese! It is recommended to drink it with the local wine 'Wanda'!
