The chef is proud to offer a variety of dishes made with fresh vegetables directly shipped from Awaji Island and fresh fish from Niigata, prepared in a simple method that makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients. This plan includes only oysters, so if you would like to add more, please choose from the a la carte menu on the day of your reservation. This plan is limited to a minimum of 2 persons.
