The eel is fluffy and soft, and very satisfying. It is steamed in the Kanto style, which makes it melt in your mouth. The grilled finish is fragrant, and the sauce has a gentle sweetness with a slight thickness. The liver is served on a plate, with a generous amount that is easy to share. It is located near Motomachi Chinatown and Yamashita Park, making it easy to stop by during a stroll. There are also private-style seats available.
