Our sake is a carefully selected cup that does not interfere with the taste of the ingredients and pairs best with grilled chicken. It is a dry, premium sake made using the famous spring water that bubbles up from the foot of Mount Tanzawa, along with carefully selected and polished sake rice. Please enjoy it with coarse salt from Shizuoka Prefecture and a masu with the aroma of cedar.
