Teppan Nabe Misato

We marinated four types of meat: harami, kalbi, kashiwa, and tontoro, in a mildly spicy special sauce. The sweetness and richness felt amidst the spiciness pair perfectly with white rice and alcohol!

We carefully seasoned beef parts including tetchan, kotetchan, akasenmai, kalbi, and kashiwa with a slightly spicy special sauce, more than a regular grilled meat hot pot. The longer it simmers, the more it combines with the flavor of the iron pot, transforming into a deeper taste.

This is a chicken hot pot that combines two types of local chicken with different textures and flavors: Satsuma chicken, which has a firm texture and rich umami, and Awaji chicken, which is soft and sweet. The result is a well-balanced and delicious dish with a light yet profound taste.
