At our restaurant, we prepare the very rare 'Ashizuri Akadori' from whole chickens, so the number of pieces we can offer is limited. Therefore, please first order 5 or 7 pieces of our chef's selection, and then you can order the parts you would like to try afterwards.
We would be very happy if you could enjoy it immediately after serving. If it is left for too long, the original deliciousness may be compromised, so we may have to take it away. Please understand this in advance.
If you are not comfortable with that, we can also do additional cooking, so please let us know.
