Our new course. Enjoy fresh vegetables and three kinds of meat (Daisen chicken, mountain lily pork, and lamb) in a chicken white soup with plenty of medicinal herbs. You can choose to finish the meal with either shaved noodles or rice porridge. About the ingredients The pork is made from Kanagawa Prefecture's brand name pork, Yamayuri Pork. The fatty meat, which is not greasy, goes very well with the white soup. The price of the course may be subject to change due to a rise in the price of ingredients.
Our signature dish. We are proud of our soup stock made from carefully selected ingredients and plenty of high-quality chicken and vegetable broth. Seasonal appetizers and ramen noodles are also excellent. About the ingredients Pork is made from Ureshiri Pork produced in Gunma Prefecture (high-quality pork with a fine sinewy texture, which is fed with delicious "water" from Gunma's natural environment, a carefully considered amino acid balance and calorie composition, and natto bacillus added). For beef, we use Japanese Wagyu beef carefully selected throughout Japan that day. We also pay particular attention to seasonings, and are the only restaurant in Tokyo that imports ponzu vinegar from Hama Soy Sauce Brewery, which was established in Tokushima Prefecture in 1905.

This new course is full of meat, starting with the main course, Sendai beef shabu-shabu. Beef lovers will be satisfied with such delicacies as salted wagyu beef yukke, which allows you to taste the true flavor of wagyu beef, and three kinds of beef nigiri, which will satisfy your appetite and your heart.
