This is a special gout course that incorporates many gout ingredients (ankimo, red shrimp, oysters, etc.). The main dish, gout hot pot, is made with a homemade miso broth made from a paste of special miso and ankimo (gouty liver), and is exceptionally rich. Other ingredients that are high in purine are also used. +All-you-can-drink option can be added for +1,500 yen (tax included). Milt is available only from November to February, replaced by seasonal seafood from March.
