This product is a delightful treat that revitalizes you from the inside out with its fluffy and crunchy texture of lotus root and gentle dashi flavor! The filling inside the manju consists of seasoned wood ear mushrooms and crab meat. It is well-seasoned on its own, so the dashi has a light Kansai flavor. To create a balanced texture, the dough combines coarsely mashed lotus root with completely grated lotus root.
