In 1970, the founder, Mr. Kim Hyun-jung, opened the restaurant based on his experience in a cold noodle shop. Since then, it has continued to preserve traditional flavors and has become a beloved presence among local residents and tourists.

Kim Hyun-jung, from Buyeo, Chungnam, started working at a cold noodle shop at the age of 16. After gaining experience, he opened his own shop. He inherits traditional cold noodle techniques and offers flavors rooted in the local area.
