Oden made with dashi extracted from sake lees directly shipped from a sake brewery in Nada, Kobe. It pairs perfectly with sake! Shirataki noodles, konnyaku, tofu, and eggs are each ¥200. Chikuwa, daikon, and hanpen are each ¥250. Hiraten, mochi, and aburaage are each ¥350. Ginger tempura, burdock tempura, and squid tempura are each ¥400. Beef tendon is each ¥500.
