This is prosciutto from San Daniele, a region known for producing the finest quality Italian prosciutto. It has an excellent aroma and flavor.
A dish that features sweet potatoes, carefully finished with temperature adjustments over 3 hours, topped with salty Gorgonzola and slowly baked in the oven, allowing both sweetness and saltiness to be fully appreciated.
Cooked at a low temperature for six hours, so you can enjoy it whole without worrying about the bones. Please enjoy it with a sauce made from purple tomatoes, which are characterized by their acidity, and cucumber.
