We make soba noodles using Hokkaido-produced buckwheat flour for each serving of soba broth.
Heated with Nambu ironware. Room temperature, slightly warm, or hot.

Enjoy the aroma of soba noodles with air. Please enjoy the first bite with our specialty 'Mizushio'. Chilled buckwheat noodles served with a dipping sauce.
Enjoy chilled soba noodles topped with grated daikon radish mixed with grated daikon and sprinkled with bonito flakes and nuts, served with a dipping sauce.
Chilled soba noodles topped with grated daikon and crispy plum for a refreshing taste. Currently, we are using homemade additive-free pickled plums.
Enjoy the texture, flavor, and aroma of three types of onions (Kyoto green onions / simmered long green onions / onion pickles) / Chilled soba noodles garnished with finely chopped green onions, served with a dipping sauce.
You can enjoy hand-cut thick soba noodles dipped in warm dipping sauce mixed with egg.
Fresh offal of five types carefully prepared from Shibaura and simmered for over six hours in a rich broth based on Hatcho miso. *Currently, we are not serving in a clay pot / Hot soba noodles served in a rich broth with simmered offal (entrails) for a unique flavor.
Simmered in a savory broth with grilled meat sauce that has been aged for over ten years. / Hot soba noodles served in a savory broth topped with tender beef stew.
You can simply enjoy soba and broth. Thick soba change is recommended.

Soft yudofu from Saga Prefecture topped with bonito flakes and nuts
Add Sichuan pepper oil from halfway
Generously topped with green onions and sprinkled with Cajun spices, hot oil is poured over to enhance the aroma.
It is finished by coating with Tanuki sauce, as is typical for a soba shop.
