The meat used in our yakitori is 'Miyagi Prefecture produced' and 'Shinrin-dori'. It is chicken that has been raised healthily by incorporating 'forest extracts' into the feed at farms within Miyagi Prefecture, and processed at a specialized factory in Ishinomaki City, ensuring 'safety and peace of mind'.
The sauce is made by slowly simmering three types of soy sauce and five types of sugar for about seven days. I think it goes well with 'negima', 'tsukune', or 'kawa' rice, so please give it a try.
Our salt is made from 'Date's Delicious Salt' produced in Ishinomaki, known for its traditional handmade method, and is used after being roasted once. We do not use any food additives or synthetic coloring agents, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
