Teppanyaki Hijitetsu Kannai Filiale

Enjoy okonomiyaki and yakisoba finished on a 20mm thick iron plate with the unique texture that only teppanyaki can provide.

The yakisoba at HIJI TETU features homemade hand-pulled noodles made with domestically produced wheat. We blend several types of flour based on Hokkaido's 'Kita no Akari' using our unique recipe, repeatedly kneading and aging the dough to bring out the rich aroma and chewy texture of the wheat. We do not compromise on the ingredients either. Pork shoulder is slowly simmered for 3 hours until tender, then grilled on a hot plate with back fat until crispy and fragrant. Finally, we thoroughly coat it with our special blended sauce, creating a unique dish that combines noodles, meat, and sauce, exclusive to HIJI TETU.
