This is a shop specializing in river fish, with a comfortable U-shaped counter and tables inside. The sashimi of Fujinoko is beautifully colored and offers a refreshing umami flavor. The grilled iwana (char) is plump and has an irresistible aroma. The white grilled fish is also recommended, as it clearly conveys the quality of the ingredients. The lunch bowl uses vinegared rice and comes with small side dishes and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), providing a satisfying experience. The staff are hardworking and friendly, making it enjoyable to spend time with white ho no ka and iwana bone sake.
