A full course meal crafted with seasonal ingredients from the producer, featuring everything from appetizers to desserts. Menu examples: Today's soup, strawberries and fruit tomatoes, fresh cheese imported directly from Italy, Aomori Prefecture horse meat tartare, carne cruda, Nagasaki Prefecture kibinago and wild vegetables fritters, Wagyu Neapolitan-style braciola, fresh fish and organic citrus al forno, Fukushima Bell Farm charcoal-grilled Fukushima beef, rich lobster risotto or pasta, today's dessert, and a post-meal drink.
This course includes 3 to 4 appetizer dishes, today's main course, and pasta.
