We serve four kinds of sashimi with sesame mackerel, our specialty, salad with Ishida tofu and baby sardines, mackerel shabu-shabu, tempura with shrimp and seasonal vegetables, and finish with Wariko soba, one of the three best soba noodles in Japan! We also serve "Saba Shabu" (mackerel shabu), "Tempura of prawns and seasonal vegetables", and finish with "Wariko Soba", one of the three best Soba noodles in Japan! This is the best course where you can enjoy ingredients of Okuizumo and seasonal ingredients! Of course, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink San'in sake!
You can choose from either grilled or simmered nodoguro (freshwater bluefin tuna) from Shimane Prefecture! Handmade soba from Okuzumo's hand-pulled Yamakan soba. The restaurant is located in the area known as 'Torikami no Chi' where the Yamata no Orochi was said to have been defeated (Okuzumo Town, Oro Torikami). Using spring water from Okuzumo, the soba and broth are made using traditional methods. It is a fragrant soba with a firm texture, served handmade.
The rumored fresh dorayaki produced in Okuizumo. Wrapped in a fluffy skin, the smooth and gentle special cream is popular. Once you try it, it's an addictive sweet.
