The kombu used for the dashi is the highest grade No. 1 from Hidaka Kombu. The iriko (dried sardines) are sourced from Ehime Prefecture, using high-quality white iriko from Iyo-nada. The miso is a sweet and flavorful rice miso sourced from Akita. This luxurious miso soup has a nostalgic taste with a rich dashi base. The umami of the dashi and the gentle flavor of the rice miso spread throughout the mouth. The kombu and iriko used for the dashi are included as ingredients without being removed. The white iriko is delicious on its own, so if you are not fond of it, you may leave it aside, but we hope you will enjoy it together.

Using the thigh meat of the brand chicken 'Daisen Chicken' from Tottori Prefecture, which is said to be the best fried chicken in Japan. It's tender, juicy, and has a rich flavor. The marinade includes straight orange juice (not from concentrate: using concentrate makes it taste bad), Kanefuki soy sauce, and pesticide-free grated ginger. A hint of citrus aroma and rich umami come together to create a unique flavor. The coating is made with pesticide-free katakuriko from Sansmile.
