The main dish, motsu nabe, is made from carefully selected small intestines of Hokkaido beef, and the beef bone broth is simmered with aromatic vegetables for more than 8 hours to create a delicious motsu nabe. There are three flavors to choose from: salt, white miso, and spicy miso! We recommend the salt. This course includes domestic horse sashimi. You can enjoy it until the end of the course!
