A traditional dish from Sichuan. It is named Drool Chicken because it is so delicious that it makes your mouth water. Steamed chicken is topped with a spicy sauce full of spices.
A specialty, healthy gyoza filled with plenty of Yamato vegetables. The skin is crispy and the inside is juicy.

Seasoned ingredients such as bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, glass noodles, and shrimp are wrapped in egg skin and deep-fried.
