The shabu shabu made with Satsuma's black gem, 'Six White Black Pork', is sweet and rich yet light, making it an addictive deliciousness that never gets boring. Please enjoy it dipped in our special Japanese-style broth. The special broth is flavored with bonito flakes and mackerel flakes, seasoned with Kagoshima soy sauce. It has a wonderful aroma and richness, enhancing the flavor of the shabu shabu.

Kibi-nago sashimi is traditionally enjoyed with spicy vinegar miso in Kagoshima! To prevent body heat from affecting the fish, it is quickly prepared with hands rinsed in water, and the presentation requires careful attention, embodying the essence of Satsuma hospitality. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as DHA and EPA, it has become a popular health food in recent years.

This dish is packed with the rich flavor of fresh fish, offering a sweet 'authentic taste'. Our Satsuma Age Platter features four varieties: burdock, carrot, chopped vegetables, and plain. It pairs well with ginger soy sauce made from Kagoshima's sweet soy sauce.

'Gane' means crab in Kagoshima dialect. It is called 'Gane Tempura' because its shape resembles that of a crab.
