Fatty live eels are served in a rare shabu-shabu. It is an exquisite dish. You can also enjoy other delicacies such as assorted fresh fish sashimi directly from Tokushima Fishing Port.

A truly exquisite dish! The tail meat of the fin whale melts in your mouth, the fatty roe of the deer roe, the chirp filled with flavor, and the bright red meat... all have an amazingly deep flavor. In addition, the whale heart sashimi served with a special sauce scented with sesame oil is so delicious that you will want to try it again! The menu also includes a variety of rare parts of the whale, such as the stomach, bellies, giblets, small intestines, and more than a dozen other parts of the whale, all served with seasonal ingredients. There is also an excellent dish using rich unotan (sea urchin) from Tokushima. We hope you will enjoy this luxurious taste.
