This is a restaurant where you can fully enjoy horse meat dishes. First of all, the sashimi from various parts is fresh, has no unpleasant smell, and is incredibly delicious. In particular, the liver sashimi is sweet and has a memorable creamy texture. The horse meat shabu-shabu, quickly dipped in clear broth, is light yet allows you to fully appreciate the umami. The thinly sliced appetizers and the smoked dish have a great balance of aroma and texture, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. You can enjoy the meal all the way to the final rice dish, resulting in a highly satisfying dining experience.

The white sign catches the eye, making it easy to find the entrance and enter casually. You can choose while gazing at the wall diagram, and fully enjoy the horse-themed offerings. The assorted horse sashimi is all smooth, and the liver has no unpleasant smell and a sweet flavor that spreads. The sausage has a rich umami and a spicy aftertaste, which pairs perfectly with the potatoes. The offal hot pot made with white miso goes well with tofu and chives, providing a deep richness. All the dishes pair well with drinks, and I had a satisfying and enjoyable time until the end.
