There are both fried and boiled options, each offering a different texture to enjoy. The boiled dumplings have a fragrant hint of fish powder that brings a smile to your face. The signature boiled tongue served with radish is tender and satisfying. The lemon sour drink is served in a style where you squeeze the lemon yourself, making it refreshing and a great match for the dumplings. The lively atmosphere with a counter makes you want to order snacks and potato salad as well.
