There are both fried and boiled options, each offering a different texture to enjoy. The boiled dumplings have a fragrant hint of fish powder that brings a smile to your face. The lemon sour drink is served in a style where you squeeze the lemon yourself, making it refreshing and a great match for the dumplings.
