A delicacy made with rich white liver. We have received compliments even from those who are not fond of liver.
In the evening, we procure Date Chicken from Fukushima Prefecture and prepare it in-house, cutting it by each part. We also offer rare cuts. This is our pride, yakitori, which we are particular about in terms of the texture of the meat when eaten, its size, cooking method, and sauce.

Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon with a strong fruitiness and a fragrant aroma. It pairs well with grilled chicken skewers, as it does not get overpowered by the sauce. The purple color is achieved by extracting butterfly pea flowers as a substitute for the preservatives commonly used in wine. While South Australia wines are common, Western Australia wines are rare in Japan due to their remote locations.
