This is a famous chicken representing Kyushu, raised with great care and affection from producers over a long period of time at the foot of the great nature of the Kirishima mountain range in Miyazaki Prefecture, Miyakonojō City! They have good meat quality and, due to the excellent environment and diet, chickens that are usually shipped at around 2.5 kg can grow healthily up to 4 kg before being shipped. (If they grow larger than this, the taste will not be as good.)
The delivered chicken is carefully skewered by hand inside the restaurant. It is then slowly grilled over charcoal. We use traditional pure binchotan charcoal. By grilling at temperatures over 1000 degrees Celsius, the meat becomes tender, the flavors are locked in, and an indescribable deliciousness is created.
Chickens processed in the morning are shipped by air from Miyazaki and arrive at the store on the same day. Our Kirishima herb chicken is fresher than anywhere else. We offer it with outstanding freshness!
