Tile Soba is a famous noodle dish from Kawabata Onsen in Toyoura Town, Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is served on a heated tile and topped with fragrant green tea soba, shredded egg, sweet and savory sliced beef, seaweed, green onions, sliced lemon, and grated daikon radish, and is enjoyed with a homemade dipping sauce.
