This course was created with the idea of making the Kuro Satsuma Chicken Kuro-Oh tastier than any other course. Kuro-Satsuma Chicken Kuro-Oh," which is procured from Kagoshima NS Farm, is grilled over Kishu-binchotan charcoal. The full course, starting with the Kuro-Oh, is a luxury lineup that you cannot experience anywhere else. The full course includes more than 13 dishes up to dessert. Please enjoy the taste, sweetness, and aroma of Kuro-O, and the fragrance of Kishu-binchotan. Additional skewers are also available on the menu, so please feel free to ask for more information.
The local sake we offer is carefully selected by the owner from sake breweries across the country, paired with our black Satsuma chicken, Kuro-O. When you take a bite of Kuro-O and mix it with the sake that complements each part, the umami flavor explodes even more.
