All of our dishes are prepared by hand, using only the finest ingredients. The steamed dishes are served in a large rice cooker, which is both hearty and gorgeous to the eye. To enjoy the ingredients deliciously, we made it as simple and natural as possible. We use organic domestic rice flour and brown rice flour. Enjoy the fluffiness and elasticity. Chiffon alone 650 yen, homemade souffle glace ice cream not included 530 yen, domestic organic rice flour from Uji's WABISUKE, free-range eggs, mineral-rich sugar made from sugarcane from Amami Oshima, Okinawa sea salt, and seasonal ingredients.
This is a chiffon cake luxuriously made with high-quality organic matcha from Uji. Chiffon alone is 700 yen.

AMSU Tea (Earl Grey, English Breakfast) (Straight, Milk) Pot service. English Breakfast is perfect for milk tea with no astringency, deep flavor, and richness. ¥450. Milky Caramel and Orange blend. A tea with the sweetness of caramel and the fresh acidity of orange. Pink Rose Apricot and Rose Petal blend. A tea with the fragrant aroma of rose and the soft sweetness of apricot elegantly scented.
Pot Service
This is a soda made by mixing red shiso juice made from Ohara's red shiso and raw sugar.
We made syrup by soaking domestically produced yuzu in raw sugar. It is served mixed with soda.

Fushimi Sake - Aozora, Tsuki no Katsura, Eikun, Jukko, Kyoto Sake - Tanyama Shuzo, Takenoshu Aizu Sake - Sharaku, Tenmei, Niida Shizenshu, Kuchiman, Tatsuzan, Aizu Musume, and the varieties change with the seasons.
