Attracted by the savory smell wafting from the front of the shop... Our pride, grilled chicken skewers, are carefully prepared one by one with chicken that has been meticulously marinated and grilled slowly over charcoal, bringing out the maximum flavor of the chicken with years of skilled experience! Each skewer is thick and incredibly satisfying. This is what it feels like to eat grilled chicken! You won't be able to stop reaching for your drink with this temptation... How about a drink after work?

Masu ¥990. There is a legend that the famous horses carefully raised by Hakuraku (the horse connoisseur) ascended to heaven when the time came, and the name of the sake 'Hakurakusei' was given. This is a passionate and soulful sake that is worth tasting.
Masu ¥890 This product is from 'Kame no I Shuzo', famous for 'Kudoki Jozo'. 'Bakuren' pursues the extreme of super dry +20, contrasting with the elegant sweetness of 'Kudoki Jozo'.
Masu ¥890 A small brewery located in a beautiful rural area, yet it produces a representative brand of Tochigi. Recently, supply has not kept up with demand, making it increasingly difficult to obtain this sake. Rice is steamed in a traditional Japanese pot, gently pressed using the Sase method, and brewed with care. It has a refreshing and fruity aroma along with ginjo fragrance, with strong sweetness and complex umami spreading in the mouth.
Masu ¥890 'I want to become a representative sake of Iwate!' The 6th generation brewery owner, who became a sake tasting champion during his time at Tokyo University of Agriculture, launched the new brand 'AKABU' in December 2014. This sake is a revival effort after the brewery was completely destroyed in the earthquake, relocating from Otsuchi Town to a new place in Morioka.
Masu 890 yen, polished domestic Yamada Nishiki rice to 50%, resulting in a vibrant flavor. This sake boasts a fragrance typical of Daiginjo, a fruity mouthfeel, and excellent cost performance with the characteristics of KID: 'cleanliness', 'gentleness', and 'fullness'.
A pure rice sake priced at ¥890, with a pleasant fruity aroma and the umami of rice. It has a crisp acidity and a refreshing finish, along with a sharp throat feel. The aftertaste quietly fades away, making it hard to believe the initial rich flavor. It pairs well with various dishes and is recommended for junmai lovers.
Masu 890 yen. A pure rice sake with a flavor that does not get tiring, moderate acidity, and is delicious even when warmed. The richness of the rice's umami and the high acidity from the Yamahai brewing method create a crisp finish. Please enjoy the freshness that can only be experienced in this season!
Masu ¥890, with a rice polishing ratio of 50%. Although it is technically a Junmai Daiginjo, it is intentionally labeled as Junmai Ginjo. This price offers excellent cost performance. Many have been eagerly awaiting this standard sake from the newly revived Toyo Bijin, so please enjoy!
750 yen. Pursuing the limits of dryness in junmai sake, it is brewed with a meticulous method. The crisp flavor spreads the umami of the rice, making it an enjoyable drink for both beginners and veterans of sake.
One cup ¥690 Two cups ¥1,100 A sake that impresses connoisseurs with its crisp and refreshing finish. A bold and masculine dry sake that shines when warmed. *Only served as hot sake!!!
