Speaking of Hokuriku, I definitely want to try the popular nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna)! Leave it to us♪ "Hokuriku sashimi platter" that includes seared nodoguro, "Toyama red beef" and more. This 8-course menu includes appetizers, pasta, fish dishes, and main meat dishes, offering a taste of Hokuriku's luxury.
