The "Agu Shabu Shabu" course features TASTE's chef's special dashi broth. The "Prefectural Wagyu Beef Sukini" course is a sumptuous dish in which the meat is soaked in the rich sauce and vegetables, and the mild sweetness of the egg involved is enhanced. The meat is soaked in the rich flavor of the wariage and vegetables, and the mildness of the egg that is mixed with the meat enhances the moderate sweetness of the meat.
The Ishigaki Beef Roast course has a sweet and flavorful taste. The roast is completed with a sweet pineapple sauce made to enhance the flavor and poured over the freshly roasted meat, a truly exquisite dish.
