3 Types Tasting Set
A blend of original gin flavored with carefully selected botanicals, including rice shochu aged in cedar barrels, crafted from 200 years of sake brewing techniques, and Fukura mikan grown at the foot of Mount Tsukuba, as well as domestically sourced yuzu and sansho. The refreshing citrus aroma, the spice flavors that evoke Japan, and the deep taste derived from cedar barrel aging truly express the sake brewery of Kiuchi and the surrounding terroir.
This Kiuchi Umeshu is made by distilling Hitachino Nest Beer into beer spirits and then infusing it with ume fruit. The hop flavor of the beer pairs nicely with the taste of the ume fruit. Additionally, we added fructose, which is gentle on the body, to enhance the sweetness. Enjoy the unique, smooth, and delicious flavor that you won't find anywhere else.
