Tiger pufferfish shirako tempura is a luxurious dish with a crispy exterior and a rich, melting flavor inside. It is characterized by a refined sweetness that spreads in the mouth, making it an excellent pairing with alcohol. We also offer shirako kobu-yaki at the same price.

The sake is a collaboration between Shimonoseki Brewery and local sake maker Maetsuru, called 'Ganryujima'. Production area: Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
