We offer 6 types every day, including egg, daikon, shirataki noodles, and rolled cabbage. Please choose your favorite 3 from these. The ingredients are slowly simmered in a bonito-based broth. It pairs perfectly with alcohol!

We prepare fresh fish sourced daily from the market. Depending on your preference, we can provide sashimi, yamakake, and other options as requested. Please feel free to consult with us.
