100% use of Hokkaido-produced sake brewing suitable rice 'Suisei'. A polishing ratio of 45% with a fruity aroma like pear and a gentle taste that you won't get tired of. Uses spring water from Mount Yotei, selected as one of the top 100 famous waters. With a rice polishing ratio of 60%, it is refreshing and slightly dry, suitable for serving cold, warm, or on the rocks.
100% of the sake rice 'Ginpu' produced in Shin-Totsukawa is used. With a rice polishing ratio of 55%, it is dry and refreshing, making it an excellent match for fish. Best served chilled.
