We offer a variety of sake hot pot and seasonal menus to suit any budget. Enjoy yourself to your heart's content in a relaxed atmosphere.
A local dish from Higashihiroshima, the famous dish originating from Kamo Tsuru, known as Sake Hot Pot. This simple dish, unique to Saijo where sake breweries are located, is made only with salt, pepper, and sake. It is light in flavor, ensuring that it does not affect the tasting experience for the brewers who eat it during their breaks, as it is not seasoned with sugar or soy sauce. Although it uses a generous amount of sake, the alcohol content is removed while retaining the umami of the sake, making it enjoyable even for those who are not fond of sake or for children.
