Two prawns, two seafood items, two vegetables, and fragrant kakiage (deep fried tempura) are lavishly arranged in a bowl. The freshly fried tempura is served on a bed of warm rice, intertwined with a sweet and spicy sauce that fills the mouth with savory and delicious flavor. The generous portion of this dish will satisfy both your stomach and your mind.
Tempura Menu
This extravagant dish includes tiger prawns, squid, seasonal seafood, and two of Tsunahachi's original tempura creations. The savory aroma and tenderness of the ingredients are sure to satisfy even the most discerning of palates. With a side dish of kakiage (deep-fried fish cakes) and a side dish of kirizushi, this is a meal to be enjoyed slowly with a glass of fine sake.
Enjoy the season from spring to early summer with the lunch-only "Kaorifu no Ajiwakuzen". Shrimp, myoga, string beans, young sweetfish, rolled sakura shrimps with nori seaweed, and kakiage (deep-fried small shrimp) are served freshly deep-fried. The light batter and the delicious flavor of the ingredients are only available at this time of the year.
