The aroma of grilled straw rising from the counter instantly lifted my spirits. The menu is not only rich in monjayaki but also offers a variety of seafood and creative snacks, making it enjoyable to ponder over each page. The staff skillfully grilled the first piece for us, and then we had the fun of grilling the rest ourselves. The luxurious cheese and mentaiko monjayaki was finished off with a torch to char the cheese, creating an irresistible aroma. Every dish, including the plump grilled king oyster mushrooms with mayo and the beef tendon yakisoba, was delicious, and the drinks kept flowing. At the end, they even provided a deodorizing spray, showing their thoughtfulness, allowing us to leave feeling light even after being full.
