Ganjajang Fairy Road is a popular Chinese restaurant in Gangnam. The Nanjawan Su dumplings are particularly large and well-balanced with protein and fat. The sweet and sour pork is juicy and packed with meat. The soy sauce is made by stir-frying onions and absorbing the gochujang, making it exquisite. The rice in the chapchae has a strong chili flavor and is delicious with a refreshing spiciness. The portions are generous, and the champon with a whole octopus is especially delicious. I would like to try other dishes next time. The quality of the gochujang used in the dishes is also excellent. The seasoning of the jjajangmyeon is well-balanced and not too strong.
