This is a very satisfying course including popular Wagyu beef Hiuchi tataki, tender Kagoshima pork kakuni, etc. You can also add horse sashimi as an individual item at a discount. Futaego 1,200 yen → 900 yen Marbled horse sashimi 1,980 yen → 1,400 yen
Okinawan rakkyo, perfectly pairs with shochu
This hot pot features tender white offal in a sweet and spicy homemade miso. It's sure to be addictive.
Homemade shio koji brings out the umami of the offal to the fullest. It's healthy for beauty and delicious, all in one.
Kumamoto specialty sakura meat. The fat is very sweet.
Melting flavor
A specialty of Kagoshima. Once you try it, you'll be hooked and it pairs well with sweet potato shochu.
We used the part of the chicken called 'seseri' which has a rich flavor.
