I went to Mutekiya in Ikebukuro. It is one of the restaurants with a long line of customers in the fierce battle zone of Ikebukuro. Now I went to Mutekiya in Ikebukuro. It is one of the restaurants in Ikebukuro where there is always a long line of customers. This was my second visit to the restaurant, and although I remember standing in line for more than 30 minutes the last time, I was able to get in surprisingly easily. I ordered the ramen that was created by a collaboration between the comedian "Tacchi" and Mutekiya (laugh). [Impressions (Soup) The soup was good, but it was surprisingly ordinary tonkotsu soy sauce, and sadly did not produce the same impression as the tsukemen I have had this month.... In fact, the "Tsukemen" that my friend who went with me had was better. (Noodles & Ingredients) The noodles were medium-thick and average. But the chashu pork was really good! It was grilled and quite juicy, melting in your mouth. (Overall) I wasn't as impressed as I was the first time I went here. Everyone pushes the ramen here, but I found the tsukemen to be better this time. Well, this is definitely one of the famous restaurants in Ikebukuro, so you should go here at least once.
