Sea urchin is incredibly delicious. The smell I thought was the unique odor of sea urchin seems to be due to processing, and here they send fresh sea urchin caught that day directly, so it doesn't have any strange smell without processing. It was so much more delicious than any sea urchin I've eaten before. Other seafood dishes were also delicious. There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages as well.

The lamb was delicious and above all I was very impressed by the pleasantness of the wait staff! Such a nice restaurant in Tokyo! I would like to visit again!

I made a reservation and visited, but the restaurant has a limited number of seats, allowing for a relaxed and calm experience. The course is only a chef's choice, featuring a monthly changing menu. I appreciate that the dishes are served at just the right timing from the counter where the kitchen is visible. A dish combining soy milk tofu with shrimp sauce is smooth, and the fried Mexican smelt and persimmon leave a lasting impression. The combination of mochi and karasumi, as well as the piping hot chawanmushi and clay pot rice, are also very delicious. In this quiet space, the staff responds kindly to questions, providing a sense of reassurance, and the drinks pair well, making for a comfortable time.

I have come to love Uzbek cuisine! Especially the samsa was so delicious that I was moved. I will go eat again. I ended up ordering a lot at once, but the service was speedy and warm. The menu was easy to understand because it had pictures.

It was a happy space where I could choose cute plates and pots 🫖🍰. All the cakes were also adorable ⭐︎✴︎. There were many younger female customers, including Lolitas and punk-style ladies, which was a treat for the eyes 🧝🏻‍♀️✨. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the staff's friendliness wasn't very good, the pots were a bit sticky, and the cakes and tea prioritized appearance over taste, which was somewhat lacking. I understand that it's a popular place, so it's difficult for them to attend to each person carefully because they are busy, so it doesn't bother me too much 😺.
