This dish is available exclusively by reservation, whether course or a la carte. Our menu fulfills our customers' wishes as much as possible, including gorgeous thin slices of flatfish, sashimi of sea bream, raw oysters, grilled oysters, and more. Please let us know at least two days in advance what you would like to order and we will prepare it for you. Prices are market value.

One of our popular menu items. A simple dish of deep-fried burdock seasoned only with salt. Its simplicity makes it a dish that everyone finds delicious.
The owner's homemade takuan and mascarpone cheese match perfectly. A great choice that pairs well with both wine and sake!

The dish that takes the most preparation time on Toramatsu's menu. It requires at least two days of preparation to complete. Since it is a signature dish, almost all customers who visit order it.
A one-of-a-kind udon that can only be eaten at Toramatsu. However, it has a simple flavor that anyone Japanese would agree is delicious. This is Toramatsu's recommended closing menu item.
